This weeks news reports from Haiti really stirred something very deep in me…as if the people there haven’t been through enough trauma the last couple of weeks…now they have so-called Christian ‘Do- gooders’ trying to steal their children and take them to a ‘better life’ in the USA! I thought the point of aid workers being there was to help in the rescue .operation and distribute, food, medicine and necessities etc. Instead we have imposters trying to take the real wealth of any nation…its future ( via its children)!
It makes me mad I tell you! Being the product myself of an unmarried white mother and black father in the early 1960′s in Britain where social attitudes were very archaic around race…my mother was brainwashed into considering putting me up for adoption at birth so I could have a ‘better life’ with a ‘white ‘ family somewhere. Luckily for me…I came to be born at 7mths instead of 9mths and none of the paperwork or arrangements had been put in place…so she got to keep me. Whats that got to do with anything I hear you say…..tune into my next post
